Training and Consulting under the Trade Training programme for SME exporters that involved delivery of classroom training and on-site consulting for light industries in Kariobangi. The main objective of this assignment was to first build the capacity of the Ministry of Trade trainers in the provision of consulting services to SMEs, and secondly provide coaching and consulting services to SMEs in light industries and subsequently around the country as part of Vision 2030 goal of development of the SME sector. Implementation was in partnership with the Kenya Institute of Business Training (KIBT) & the Export Promotion Council (under Ministry of Trade).
