The aim of this assignment was to train approximately 500 Master craftsmen in Nairobi (250 Master Crafts men), Mombasa (150 Master craftsmen) and a rural area (100 Master Craftsmen to be identified by the client respectively in Entrepreneurship, mentoring and coaching skills. The master craftsmen were in turn expected offer internships (particularly targeting the 15– 29 year age group) in their enterprises with an objective of enhancing their employability or motivating them to start their own enterprises after the internships.
